Community Activities

With stores in 47 states, we live, work and serve customers in hundreds of communities across the country. Our support aims to strengthen these communities by providing funds, tools and hands-on help from the Harbor Freight family.

In recent years Harbor Freight Associates have helped build and maintain school gardens and community playgrounds and parks in neighborhoods near our headquarters and our distribution centers.  Harbor Freight Associates have worked with Build a Bike(R) to construct and bicycles and give them to children who need them in collaboration with local Boys and Girls Clubs across the country.

Harbor Freight Associates have also committed to helping families prepare for and recover from emergencies and crises in their communities. Working with the American Red Cross Harbor Freight Associates lead annual blood drives and volunteer events creating family emergency preparation kits. In 2020 Harbor Freight Associates helped Harbor Freight donate more than $10 Million in personal protective equipment to hospitals across the United States as they struggled to equip doctors, nurses and other health care workers with masks and other protective items during the COVID-19 pandemic.
